How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is on average $125.00 due to the weight of our kits, we use very heavy duty cable, not cheap thin stuff.

How long does delivery take? 

All orders are made to measure and will be usually dispatched within 3 days of receiving your order. We aim to dispatch all zip lines as soon as possible so most kits will be be delivered within 5-7 days of ordering. 

What service is used for shipping? 

We use UPS Express to ensure all items are received to you as soon as possible. 

Will I be notified when my order is on the way?

Yes, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can follow which will allow you to track your package every step of the way.

Do you offer express or next-day delivery?

No, unfortunately we do not, our zip line kits are made in the united kingdom so this service isn't possible. 

What happens if I'm not in when the delivery arrives?

This really depends on the driver in your area, some may leave it in a safe place, others will try again, they will always make up to three attempts.
